Non-sudo OFP installation (OpenCoarrays Issue #154) #11

OpenCoarrays issue #154 describes current issues with an OFP installation script. The mentioned issues should probably be considered a prerequisite for producing a 1.0.0 release of OFP. I'm therefore creating a 1.0.0 release GitHub milestone and attaching this OFP issue to the milestone.

@scrasmussen would you be willing to pick up on this to see if you could resolve the issues described above with building ofp-sdf on OS X and Linux? Now that I have one viable, automated workflow (an installer for OFP and binary versions of its prerequisites on OS X), I'm hoping to get back to working with @rasmussn on the source transformation rules. If someone else can resolve the installation issues while we work on the source transformation, then we can converge on a 1.0.0 release of ofp-sdf when both goals have been accomplished.
