Backup Solution #130

For a hot backup we will need an enterprise license. See: https://neo4j.com/docs/operations-manual/current/backup-restore/planning/#backup-restore-options

So we will need automate a maintenance mode:

  1. Stop DB
  2. Backup
  3. Start DB
