Small fix to use of `ProteinComponent` #5

One-line fix due to changes in gufe latest.

Ah gotcha, yes it does, and I can proceed with this branch for fah-alchemy testing for the time being. Don't rush this PR in if it will break things for you.

Just leave this open for now; I'm using it to make changes as needed to support fah-alchemy. Still intending to switch over to protein-ligand-benchmark later, but this features practical networks for tests at this time.

Merging this now, I think we're ok moving up to the newest versions of everything.
