Issue with GateSourcePhaseSpace.cc if the source is in ROOT format after installing V9.3 #637

Howdy, Since I installed the Gate V9.3, I got this error when i use just the ROOT format as a source (no prob with IAEA format):

GateSourcePhaseSpace.cc (l.224): The option 'ignoreTime' is false, but no time was found in the phsp.
