What do you think about putting this link out to the right of the chapter name, like [demo]. Then we could also include [pdf] links for the five chapters that we have pdf samples for (also linked to on the page back).

We can imagine, as we get more supplemental material for chapters, e.g., code, etc., we can add more links.
