Map of Protected Areas: If you want to prepare a Map of Protected Areas, you need to use layers of objects such as forests. Make selections of objects through relevant attribute queries. You can use the satellite imagery layer for the specified area to verify borders. Protected areas that will be displayed through the data analysis process can be exported to a new layer.

Well, you could again use reclassification.

Or you just download or directly use the WMS/WFS from Natura 2000 http://ec.europa.eu/environment/nature/natura2000/access_data/index_en.htm
