Clarify difference between repositories and metadata schema #42

The current OGM website has two functions:

  1. Describe the purpose of the repositories and how to contribute
  2. Document the metadata schema

Thinking about this from a brand new user perspective: The site doesn't do a great job of differentiating these. Clicking on "Get Started" is only about the repos. OGM-Aardvark is meaningless for the user.

We may want to use the menu to re-group these functions.
