Clarify which special characters are allowed in the ID field #55

A few years ago, we updated GeoBlacklight to allow some special characters in the ID (or Slug) field: https://github.com/geoblacklight/geoblacklight/pull/631/files

We should document usage of special characters in the ID field, including:

characters allowed by the code in the above PR (uses RSolr escaping)
characters that are allowed, but are not a good idea and might cause problems in other platforms
characters that should never be used (such as .)
