Possibility and button to create a Line Annotation #163

I feel that a line annotation is really missing and I suppose it would be easy to implement considering that Shapely already has a LineString object so it is more a matter of Front-End. When measuring distances a visual representation would be really helpful.

Absolutely I am also definitely in need of a LineString. To create a polygon and then just revert the points feels like a nightmare if you just want to draw a trajectory as an example.

I know I might now kind of - misuse - the GeoNotebook, but for what I need to do it feels so great ... accept for the drawback with the Linestring.
