Make esgf data downloaded to the staticdir of CherryPy #111

Currently it does not which leads it to be not found when queried again

I have changed mongoimp.py to use the full path provided as the basename ( we should probably rename this field ), then things just work.

Sure, but i would like us to make it on the server that means that its part of user - authentication - common - location for data on the server. I would like us to move away from temp as it could be deleted by the OS. Should I create a new issue for that?
