ESGF files do not work with workflow #148

Workflow execution returns null.

Fixed in branch 148-esgf-workflow and merged into next. Ready for review.

This fix requires an update to the vistrails repo.

Additionally, the OpenGeoscience/VisTrails repo has been restructured so that the master branch refers to the climatepipes branch of the mother VisTrails repo. So you just need to check out master. Probably best to reclone with git clone --depth 1 https://github.com/OpenGeoscience/VisTrails.git
