Understand OCGIS
Use OCGIS to export data as shapefile or CSV (from NetCDF)
Use OCGIS for sub-setting (rec region) and then get geojson to be visualized on the map
Use OCGIS for sub-setting (via shapefile) and then get geojson to be visualized on the map
Use OCGIS for sub-setting (via shapefile) and then add visual operators (contours lines, surfaces etc) and then visualize those on to the map.
