Refreshing with no cache can yield different live statuses #16

When on a stream page, if the user refreshes with no cache (ctrl + shift +r on most browsers), they can sometimes see different streams appear and disappear for seemingly no reason.

I think this was an issue with celery on the backend not working correctly, which I've since fixed.
