`AgendaItem:resolution` not compatible with OWL: split into `resolutionText` and `resolutionDocument` #29

Splitting the property into resolutionText and resolutionDocument as mentioned in https://github.com/OParl/specs/issues/212#issuecomment-48096344 seems to be a solution.
