opengov would be great, but that is used by Popolo.

EDIT: That is no problem. OpenGovLD is now collaborating with Popolo.

The need to resolve this is illustrated by the fact that oparl.org is now offline since more than a week. OpenGovLD needs to have a far more reliable technical foundation than that.

Any idea why the opengov URIs are not derefencable?

@pietercolpaert Sorry for this late reply:

The W3C namespace 'opengov' is used by both Popolo and OpenGovLD. Both projects need to prepare a common proposal and then the required files have to be configured by the W3C so that the URIs can be dereferenced.
