Deleted these separate files as these URNs are incorrect (1st1K-lat1, lat2, and lat3) should be for Latin editions of this text not for preface, intro and Latin commentary on the main Greek edition.

Finally cleaning up some of these files per https://github.com/OpenGreekAndLatin/First1KGreek/pull/2584
