(tlg0061) missing Pseudo-Lucian Greek #2765

@AlisonBabeu I think there was some discussion of putting these in Perseus, but since they were a Lace capture pipeline, I put them here.

hi @lcerrato think putting them here is OK,other than the fact that half of the Pseudo-Lucian is in Perseus and half is in 1st1K,which can be a bit confusing but not that much!

@AlisonBabeu Yes, we have lots of split collections. It was a header decision, too. But I indicated it was Tufts/Perseus sponsored work with the Lace info. I guess I wanted confirmation before we go with this — last chance to change to perseus URNs. We'll just forge ahead.
