In cataloging the English edition of Philo Judaeus and checking over the XML texts, I noticed that the work title for tlg0018.tlg024.1st1K-eng1 is "On the Creation of Magistrates", which is actually just one small section of this entire file.
This file is unique among the translations in that it includes a large number of individually titled treatises in the Yonge translation, starting with "On Circumsion" and ending with the section "On the Creation of Magistrates." according to the TOC.
The title for the corresponding Greek edition is "De specialibus legibus (lib. i‑iv)" and I'm wondering if the title of this work should instead be "On the Special Laws" or "On those special laws" but that is also confusing because there are several sub-titled works within this larger"work" with these titles. Regardless, I don't think "On the Creation of Magistrates" but I'm not sure what it should be either. Any thoughts @gregorycrane or @lcerrato?
