Reorganizing dockerfile and fixing permissions

Hi there,

I did a refactor on the Dockerfile that generated the following changes:

• Reorganizing the Dockerfile(more intelligible);
• Common URL change for next releases;
• Fixed permissions on the scripts.

I can also publish the release candidates versions if you are interested( I've the 1.1-rc11 already tested on my own repo).

Sorry for the "non-fast foward commit" I did a lot of changes.

Yes, It might be better if I create a pull request again. I'll do it as soon I arrive home from work.

thank you, it's a bit of fighting with git, but it will be easier for everybody in the end
