Push official opengrok docker image to docker hub

First, it was about time to do this. :) And great you started to do this finally in OpenGrok repo. :+1:

To me this docker image seems 'Official' opengrok docker image. Yet I could not find it from docker hub :

• https://hub.docker.com/search/?isAutomated=0&isOfficial=1&page=1&pullCount=0&q=opengrok&starCount=0 ** https://docs.docker.com/docker-hub/github/#linking-docker-hub-to-a-github-account

After the image gets pushed automatically some meta info could be shown in readme.md like layers size:
