Release notes for version 0.16? #82

0.16 was tagged and published, but I don't see any release notes for it at https://github.com/OpenHFT/Zero-Allocation-Hashing/releases/ (or anywhere else I looked)?

I had checked the commit history from https://github.com/OpenHFT/Zero-Allocation-Hashing/commit/092b1f712b2fd00c5c4856752aee7ee38ca2f202 to https://github.com/OpenHFT/Zero-Allocation-Hashing/commit/896f3643020f6ef13c2386349f90003f5ae5efe1, and other than behind-the-scene CI changes, the only change in 0.16 is a bugfix: https://github.com/OpenHFT/Zero-Allocation-Hashing/commit/29ba7603b5fe5f2eb1a823b3aecf33ab6a361fd7
