12 years ago Rolling a large framework looks like over-kill so I'll just make some classes that deliver pages from the database and set up Apache to rewrite URIs so we can have nice semantic addresses.
It would be nice if we could bring this all into a template environment rather than duplicated HTML content. My primary concern is we're unsure where we're headed in terms of platform, so I didn't want to drop us all in one direction if we want to go some other.
But we do need to get going with a simple HTML template system at the least, maintaining a site this way will become very troublesome.
