Quick Screenshot/Hardcopy & tooltip #282

I really think "Screenshot" and "Hardcopy" should be named something like "Quick Screenshot" and "Quick Hardcopy", to better distingush from "Screenshot .." and "Hardcopy ..".

Also I think the tooltip should fully explain. It took me a while to figure out where exactly these quick screenshots/hardcopies are saved...turns out at least on my arch linux kde machine that they appear in the particular directory I executed openhantek from.

Sorry I realizes this marks the Qt translations as out-of-date...

and I think "Save" is a better word than "Make", but I guess that word change isn't a big deal.
