Sainsmart DDS140 support #216

Dear Developers,

I have recently moved from Windows to Linux and DDS140 support on Linux does not exist. I see that DDS140 is not yet supported. Would be really grateful to the community if we can support it. If there is any way in which I can help , please let me know. I am a python novice coder.
