Add install requirements for Void Linux #292

Also update Debian, Fedora, and OpenSUSE commands to include the required package "make"

I built OpenHantek successfully in Void. I put instructions in build.md in this patch. Also I built it in Devuan. The instructions for Debian worked, but only after I realized "make" is also required! So in this patch I have added it to the install instructions for all distros.
