CI/CD - Move automatic builds dependencies from personal account to a more permanent place #54

Check the build.yml file, the pre-builds of MITK are saved in a personal account. These should be moved to a more permanent place.

An option raised by Hugh, a phd from the lab, is to host these large prebuild files in a github repo using large file storage (LFS). This might work as the .zip files we have for the builds are all less than 2Gb. We could have inside this CemrgDevelopers organisation another repo called cemrgapp-dependencies.
