A few more default settings? #614

As I weave through conflict resolution for the upstream catchup I'm finding a few blanks in our settings.yml.

Shouldn't we specify

support_email: ""
email_from: "OpenHistoricalMap <>"
email_return_path: ""

A drat. I was tracking this back in https://github.com/OpenHistoricalMap/issues/issues/503 and lost sight of it. I think our problem is we don't have a good answer to the simple question of "what address receive support emails?"

I repinged that thread to see if we can come to a resolution on this.
