Unable to query attic data using Overpass API #616

If I attempt to set the date setting in an OverpassQL query%3B%0Aout%3B&C=51.351201;10.447998;6), the Overpass API returns this error:

runtime error: Tried to use museum file but no museum files available on this instance.runtime error: open64: 2 No such file or directory /db/db/node_tags_global_attic.bin File_Blocks::File_Blocks::1

Attic data is useful for understanding how the OHM database has evolved over time. For example, you can query for the changes that took place during a mapathon, or visualize the cruder geometries of buildings as OHM had them previously. For the wiki’s statistics page, I’d like to be able to introduce more metrics and come up with older values for these metrics instead of leaving a gap in the table.

Attic data ended up getting loaded as part of #306. However, I see some significant discrepancies in the statistics queries that make me wonder if we’re missing any data:
