@erictheise to add details to what is included here. Idea is to pull in upstream regularly, run tests, merge, deploy ongoing.

Wait, we already have this ticket https://github.com/OpenHistoricalMap/issues/issues/722 with the same name, more detail and it's closed as done.

What's missing here?

Looking back at 722, in that ticket we modified the GH Actions so that commits to Staging or Release would kick off the production of builods, so we don't have to manually remember and track that...

But this ticket might be better characterized as "Automate upstream catchup" so that we keep up with the parent iD code base, and combined with 722, we have an easier path to detecting, testing, merging., and deploying upstream changes.
