Filter water lines and highways in the vector tiles according to the styles #869

To make some vtiles less heavy at lower zoom levels, it would be great to filter waterlines as we did in this issue."

Mappers on Discord noticed that overly simplified ways are appearing at high zoom levels:

Thanks for the feedback, I've just updated the water layer and fixed the simplification issues!!

Thanks, it looks good now. Do we still have any outstanding work to do here, or are the highways and waterways filtered as much as we can reasonably filter them?

We filtered according to the styles, so We are done here!! closing the ticket!
