Improve OHM default style attribution #880

Pulling over a loose end from long ago #498, the attribution for the main OHM map style is incomplete because we don't cite the sources of hillshade or landcover. The latter is a requirement of use. The former is just nice and improved clarity

This is a better, complete attribution forthe MAIN mapstyle:

For Railway, Woodblock, and Japanese Scroll, we should just have this:

Should this go on the main slippy map or the Copyright page, or both? That page is somewhat confusing, a mix between OHM acknowledging its sources and OHM telling others how to acknowledge OHM. But it seems to be a place for acknowledgements that don’t have to go directly on the map, as the ODbL requires.
