Name section in iD editor #907

This is just a suggestion, but I have been using the iD editor (I usually use JOSM for editing). The ‘name’ section should be placed before the start_date and end_date. Currently, it shows at the bottom, and I find it difficult to locate to add the name. I think names and dates are more important, so they should be shown at the top

Actually name section does exist when i created a new object e.g

The Historic Site preset is a catch-all for historic=*, which can be a lot of things that can either be named or unnamed. So the preset doesn’t specify Name as an integral field, which means you can only get it as an optional field at the end. Would there be a more specific preset for what you’re mapping?

I am mapping historical sites, and it makes sense to use historic=*. In other cases, the name section is also displayed at the bottom. image
