Move AncestryDNA uploads to oauth2 project

• [x] Alter foreign-keys of existing data files to stand-alone project and create the additional direct/private/whatever sharing objects in the main site backend
• [x] Import newly created tokens into stand-alone project
• [x] Activate new project on main site

This PR will do the data validation/conversion for AncestryDNA. I adapted all tests to the different file format and all tests pass the same way they do for 23andMe. The only thing missing at this point is integrating the Ancestry Logo along with the copy writing that needs to be adapted for Ancestry.

Both are now merged, I deployed the app at https://ohancestrydnasource.herokuapp.com/.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're an existing AncestryDNA integration user you don't have to upload your data again, we will merge this into a single application in the next steps!
