Provide an improved window for qmed with functionality to load flow-time series. User would specify start date of water year and a check list window would be populated showing the amax of each year, the number of records in the year and it's proportion of qmed allowing the user to select which water years to use. A graph of amax values against year to facilitate detection of trends.
