Changing the Severity of logging don't take effect when I open jpeg via http://ipcam/image.jpg. It still keeps logging.

Majestic settings:

.system.logLevel: ERROR

syslog output

Mar  1 20:25:32 my_cam user.debug majestic[848]: take jpeg venc_chn(2)   1920x1080  q:49
Mar  1 20:25:32 my_cam user.debug majestic[848]: JPEG 239980 bytes received from hardware encoder
Mar  1 20:25:32 my_cam user.debug majestic[848]: JPEG was sent to client

This was fixed with a recent update.
