Add streamer info #8

If it only was so easy. I'll have to add a filed into database, and all corresponding shenanigans for receiving, parsing and retrieving this info. Btw, do we really need fool path for streamer binary, or just a filename would be enough?

ipcinfo уже поддерживает этот ключ. Дев-сборка микроба тоже передаёт имя. Имени достаточно
