May I know from where I can download the OpenAM WebAgent Source and please list the steps to compile (Required Windows Apache24 WebAgent).

There are instructions on how to build for Linux, not sure about windows

Please note the binaries are available from the Forgerock site

You'll need to check that yourself, I'm not sure about the binary licence
