Convert importer_skeleton.xml XML to YAML or JSON #45

YAML and JSON are usually easier to write and read than XML... I know, weak argument. :stuck_out_tongue:

The other XML files may follow the same fate.

"Sub-issue": I don't remember if importer_skeleton.xml is actually used or not. The yml is now used and will play a central role, but the xml is probably just for the show.

Not sure if you're wondering about this or not (probably not :tongue: ) but I removed the .xml skeleton and OI still works fine. So it can probably be removed (and this issue closed)
