macOS 13.4

Description

Not sure if this is device specific but my Logitech Pebble M350 connects and work fine in Monterrey but it will not pair in Ventura at all. I'm noticing that other devices are slow to pair in Ventura but pair fine in Monterrey too. I am testing this with a fresh install of Ventura.
