New machine. Set up USBtoolbox UTBmap.kext using Windows 11, then removed the win11 SSD.
All ACPI and UEFI and BIOS settings look OK.
During install, the USB takes an extremely long time (~1hr) to get to USB installer menu.
At the menu, the USB does not see any disks or SSDs installed.
After disabling each kext and changing settings, it seems the v2.4.0 family of Kexts cause slow start and mess with the SSD detection (somehow).
In the config.plist, disabling justIntelBluetoothInjector.kext enables the installer USB to detect SSDs again. The remaining IntelBluetoothFirmware.kext and IntelBTPatcher.kext should be disabled to speed up the USB loading (~3mins instead of an hour).
