When a user tries to load a profile and one does not exist https://github.com/OpenInternet/co-pilot/issues/64 the page should provide some kind of cute notice that one does not exist, but that the use CAN create new profiles and save them here, or that they can try to load from a USB. Here is a markdown based mockup (the table is needed for center align).
