Chp 12.1 medical consultant -> commute on car vs. not car #409

Replace medical consultant data with car vs. not car, roughly n = 7, use emojis and recreate something like the figures in one mean chp building on existing figures on Chp 12.

When we revise the question, pay attention to the rounding of p-hat. We accidentally calculated the wrong p-value area with the medical consultant because I rounded p-hat down instead of up. See issue #291 .

also, while going through this example, pay attention to the words "parametric bootstrap"... probably change to "swap".

If we revise the example in chapter 12, then in chapter 13 figure 13.1 (@fig-FourCaseStudies) needs to be updated.
