edits for the pdf through chp 17 #467

chapter 10, footnote 6, pg 202 of the pdf. Do you care about the way the footnote wraps? not a deal breaker in my mind. i'm happy to leave it as-is.

In chapter 11 (pg 209, 211, 213), there are at least 3 pages that have one page which contains a single line of text.

throughout chp 13 (pg 263 of pdf), the way inches gets formatted is slightly wonky. looks like 5'9' ' instead of 5'9". Not a deal breaker in my mind. Only fix if the fix is easy. One screen shot below, but there are a bunch of places where it shows up.

Chp 17 exercises seem to have their formatting off. It's like something happened at the top of the chapter that pushed everything down one or two lines. Here are a few examples of what I mean, but I think you'll find it obvious if you look at.

Chapter A: Exercise Solutions

I don't think there is anything to fix here, but I wanted to point out that many of the question solutions do wrap on to the next page. it looks fine to me, but i didn't know if it would bother you and/or whether you had noticed.
