Azure deployment link is broken #21

Hi, The link inside Virtualization/Deployment/BreakingPoint_in_Azure_ReadMe.md leads to a 404 page not found error. Same for the "Download" button in the Ixia software download page for Breaking Point VE btw. Are those templates available anywhere else?
