updating restPy migration files #123

Hello Hubert, Please find the PR for RestPy library. Also find the test cases we covered. Request to please let know if any comments and any other tests to be performed. TestScripts.zip

The conversation did not work with sample scripts. Please make sure all the sample scripts work with the new libraries using RestPy.
