Feature Request - Allow preset Tempo Change on songs in songlist #85

As per title, allow setting temp change in the same manner as modifying the key for a singers song in the right hand song list with right clicking and selecting an option from the resulting menu.

I'll add this when I get a chance to fix the tempo control implementation. Right now tempo changing is a little buggy and can screw up the synchronization between audio and video for mp3g tracks. Fixing it is going to require changing the playback/sync method I'm currently using and some changes to libCDG.
