This log looks fine and working. What were you expecting? If you want a viewer to show up you need to enable OpenGL support.

This only means that your runtime OpenGL support is ok, it doesn't mean that you compiled Protonect with OpenGL Support. Did you install GLFW (sudo apt-get install libglfw3-dev
)?

It works fine on Ubuntu 18.04 and Kinect V2. I have it working on my desktop as well as my Dell XPS13. You've probably not followed the instructions or are missing some OpenGL stuff.
