When a student applies to a job from the Job Description page, the process will vary depending on whether the job is on-campus or off-campus:

On-Campus Applications:

A new window will open within an iframe displaying a Google Form.
The student will fill out and submit the form.
Based on the submission status, the frontend will store whether the application was successfully submitted or not.

Off-Campus Applications:

The student will be redirected to the application link in a new tab.
Simultaneously, a dialog box will appear asking the student if they want to save this job application to their profile.
