Allow merging groups and dragging groups over items to create new groups #557

Rational

This is an optional improvement, which allows merging groups and creating groups by dropping groups over items.

group_in_group was captured with https://github.com/OpenLauncherTeam/openlauncher/pull/555 to avoid visual glitches

While I didn't encounter any issues yet, I marked this PR as draft since I'll test it on my daily routine. Deleting things from database and manipulating the view showed to be more error-prone and render unwanted effects if not tested sufficiently.
