Description
After moving an icon on the desktop or on the dock, the GPU usage doesn’t resume back to 0, but stays at relatively constant high level. Even if other apps are opened in between and then the launcher desktop is refocused, the GPU usage goes back to the high level and stays there. Only a restart of the app puts it back to 0.
